How long will it take for the court to make a judgment?
The civil judgment pronounced in court shall be served within ten days; If the judgment is pronounced regularly, it shall be sent immediately after the judgment is announced. If criminal judgment pronounced a sentence in court, it shall be served on the parties concerned and the people's procuratorate that initiated the public prosecution within five days; If a sentence is pronounced on a regular basis, it shall be served on the parties concerned and the people's procuratorate that initiated the public prosecution immediately after the announcement. Court mediation of civil disputes is generally made within ten days after the signing of the mediation agreement and served on both parties. For a civil dispute case, if it is settled through court mediation, the court will issue a civil mediation book. If a civil lawsuit does not issue a civil judgment, it will generally be closed in six months, and the criminal lawsuit will be closed in three months at most.
According to the relevant laws and regulations, a case tried by the people's court through ordinary procedures shall be concluded within six months from the date of filing the case. If there are special circumstances that need to be extended, it can be extended for six months with the approval of the president of our hospital. If an extension is needed, it shall be reported to the Higher People's Court for approval. The people's court shall conclude a case by applying summary procedure within three months from the date of filing the case.
When trying a case of public prosecution, the people's court shall pronounce a judgment within two months after accepting it, and no later than three months. Cases that may be sentenced to death or cases with incidental civil actions may be extended for three months with the approval of the people's court at the next higher level. Due to special circumstances need to be postponed, it shall be reported to the Supreme People's Court for approval.

Article 224 The property part of a legally effective civil judgment or ruling and a criminal judgment or ruling shall be executed by the people's court of first instance or the people's court of the place where the property is executed at the same level as the people's court of first instance.
