Third, open election procedures
1. Registration. The registration period starts from July 16, 2009 and ends on August 14, 2009. Applicants within the province can register at their own unit, and applicants from non-public enterprises can register at registration points in cities under the jurisdiction of the province; applicants from outside the province and abroad can register through the Liaoning Personnel Examination Network () or the Liaoning Provincial Public Selection Office. When registering, applicants must fill in the registration form in triplicate. Based on the written test scores, interview candidates will be determined from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:5 for each open position.
3. Interview. Plan to conduct interviews at 5438+00 in late June. The interview mainly tests the applicant's cognitive level, quality and abilities required for the position. The written test and interview scores are added to the total score according to the ratio of 4:6, and then the subjects for each open position are determined from high scores to low scores according to the ratio of 1:3.
4. Organizational inspection. In accordance with relevant regulations, a comprehensive inspection will be conducted on the morality, ability, diligence, performance and integrity of the inspection objects.
5. Determine candidates for the position. Candidates for each publicly elected position will be discussed and decided according to cadre management authority, and announced through the news media. If no problems affecting the appointment are found after the public announcement, the appointment procedures will be handled and the public election results will be announced to the public.
Leading cadres who are publicly selected and appointed will have a probation period of one year, during which they will enjoy corresponding treatment according to regulations. After the probation period expires, those who pass the assessment will go through formal appointment procedures; those who are incompetent will be relieved of their judicial duties. If the probation period does not apply, if the employee is incompetent after one year of service, he or she will be dismissed.
