According to the "Procedure Regulations for Public Security Organs Handling Administrative Cases":
Article 232: If any of the following circumstances occurs, an administrative case The case should be closed:
(1) A decision is made not to impose administrative penalties;
(2) An agreement reached through mediation has been implemented;
(3) ) has made an administrative penalty decision and has implemented it.
(3) Administrative penalties and other decisions have been made and implemented;
(4) The illegal behavior is suspected of constituting a crime and the case is transferred to a criminal case;
(5) The processing decision cannot be executed or does not need to be executed due to loss, death, etc. due to objective reasons of the execution object.
After the case is closed, the case closing materials should be issued and reported to the police station for record.
