At the beginning of this year, Fuzhou Lawyers Association received complaints one after another, reflecting that branches and sub-branches at all levels in Fuzhou under the jurisdiction of Fujian Branch of a bank took advantage of their own advantages to adopt ultra-low price-fixing behavior in the bidding activities for lawyer services, and stipulated in the contract that the bank could terminate the contract unconditionally at any time and other clauses that discriminated against lawyers.
In view of this situation, Fuzhou Lawyers Association issued an initiative to its 2 10 law firms, calling on all law firms and lawyers in Fuzhou to boycott for half a year.
