1. Whoever intentionally harms another person's body shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance;
2. Whoever intentionally harms another person's body and causes serious injuries shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years;
3. Whoever intentionally harms another person's body by particularly cruel means, causing death or serious disability, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years, life imprisonment or death.
4. Intentionally hurting others' bodies. Unless otherwise provided for in this Law, according to the provisions, this refers to the act of committing other intentional crimes and hurting others' bodies. Specifically, a crime with the words "causing serious injuries" and "causing heavy losses to public property and the interests of the state and the people" in this law shall be convicted and sentenced in accordance with the provisions of each article of this law, and the provisions of this article shall no longer apply. For example, arson, water inrush, explosion and poisoning cause serious injuries.
