Shandong Kang Jie Law Firm is the first batch of law firms after the restoration of the lawyer system in China. Its predecessor was the Legal Advisory Office of Laoshan County, Shandong Province, and later it was renamed Qingdao Tianyi Law Firm. 1998 was changed to Shandong Kang Jie Law Firm, which implied Kang Jie's service concept of "taking morality as the foundation and pursuing justice". It is one of the first two state-owned law firms approved by the Justice Department of Shandong Province to set up in Qingdao in 198 1.
