What materials do lawyers need to change gears in court?

Legal analysis: lawyers need to submit lawyer's practice license, lawyer's affairs certificate and power of attorney to consult the file. Power of attorney of both parties. If you refer to the cases you have represented, you only need the power of attorney of the litigation agent. If other cases need to be investigated, the client needs to sign a power of attorney separately.

If the client is a citizen, he/she needs to carry a copy of his/her citizen ID card; If it is a legal person, a copy of the business license and organization code certificate of the legal person and the original identity certificate of the legal representative shall be provided.

Letter of introduction from law firm or special letter for investigation by lawyers, explaining the matters that need to be read. The original and photocopy of the lawyer's personal lawyer's practice certificate shall be deposited in the court files.
