Power of attorney of both parties. If you refer to the cases you have represented, you only need the power of attorney of the litigation agent. If other cases need to be investigated, the client needs to sign a power of attorney separately.
If the client is a citizen, he/she needs to carry a copy of his/her citizen ID card; If it is a legal person, a copy of the business license and organization code certificate of the legal person and the original identity certificate of the legal representative shall be provided.
Letter of introduction from law firm or special letter for investigation by lawyers, explaining the matters that need to be read. The original and photocopy of the lawyer's personal lawyer's practice certificate shall be deposited in the court files. Of course, at last, don't forget to stamp the special seal for file inquiry in the court archives room on the copied materials of the case you obtained. Can be used as evidence in court.

Article 34 A lawyer who acts as a defender has the right to consult, extract and copy the case file from the date when the people's procuratorate examines and prosecutes the case.
Article 35 An entrusted lawyer may, according to the needs of a case, apply to a people's procuratorate or a people's court to collect and obtain evidence, or apply to a people's court to notify witnesses to testify in court.
If a lawyer investigates and collects evidence by himself, he may, with the lawyer's practice certificate and the certificate of the law firm, investigate the situation related to undertaking legal affairs with the relevant units or individuals.
