To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of clients and law firms, according to the provisions of the Pricing Catalogue of Chongqing Municipality and the Measures for the Administration of Lawyers' Service Charges in Chongqing Municipality, the charging standards for lawyers' services with government-guided prices and related matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. The charging standards for services as defenders of criminal suspects and defendants, as well as agents ad litem of private prosecutors and victims in criminal cases.
(1) Piece-by-piece fees are charged at the stages of investigation, prosecution and first instance.
1. The charging standard in the investigation stage is 2111-11111 yuan per piece.
2. The charging standard at the stage of review and prosecution is 2111-11111 yuan per piece.
3. The charging standard in the first trial stage is 3,111-31,111 yuan per piece.
(2) In the stages of second trial, death penalty review, appeal and retrial, the lawyer's service fee shall be charged according to the charging standard of the first trial stage.
(3) If the victim files a criminal incidental civil lawsuit, which falls within the scope of government guidance, the charging standard for civil litigation cases stipulated in this Notice shall be implemented; If it falls within the range of market-regulated prices, the law firm and the client shall negotiate to determine the charging standard.
(4) If a criminal suspect or defendant is involved in multiple crimes or several criminal facts at the same time, they may be charged by piece according to the crimes or criminal facts involved, and at the same time, the fees may be reduced at their discretion.
(5) for major, difficult and complicated cases, the law firm and the client can determine the charging standard within 5 times (including 5 times) of the prescribed standard through consultation. The criteria for determining major, difficult and complicated cases shall be formulated separately by the Municipal Bureau of Justice.

Acting as an agent for civil and administrative litigation cases in which citizens request payment of labor remuneration and compensation for work-related injuries, alimony, alimony and alimony, and social insurance benefits or minimum living allowance, as well as acting as an agent for group litigation cases involving public interests such as safety accidents, environmental pollution, compensation (compensation) for land acquisition and demolition, and serving as an agent for citizens requesting state compensation cases.

5. The same law firm should reduce its fees when it represents the second trial, death penalty review, appeal and retrial of the same case.
VI. Law firms should strictly implement the system of clearly marked prices, publicize the charging basis, charging standards, service contents, supervision and complaint telephone numbers and other information of lawyers' services in a prominent position in the charging places according to regulations, and consciously accept social supervision.
VII. This notice shall be implemented as of March 1, 2118. The original Notice of Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Justice of Chongqing Municipal Price Bureau on Formulating the Implementation Measures for the Management of Lawyers' Service Charges in Chongqing and the Standards for Lawyers' Service Charges (Chongqing Price [2116] No.673) shall be abolished at the same time.
