lawyer's professional standards:
1. Practice discipline: the code of conduct that lawyers must abide by in their practice activities, including honesty, keeping secrets and handling affairs fairly.
2. Duty of practice: Lawyers are legally liable for the legal services they provide, including civil liability, administrative liability and criminal liability;
3. Practice authority: the scope of practice and activities enjoyed by lawyers according to law, such as representing litigation and providing legal advice;
4. Continuing education: lawyers need to regularly participate in the training of legal professional knowledge and practice skills to improve their professional level;
5. Lawyer's fees: The determination of lawyer's service content and fees usually depends on the type and complexity of the case.
To sum up, the most taboo complaint departments for lawyers are judicial administrative departments and lawyers' associations. Lawyers who violate the rules in their practice can complain to the law firm or directly to the Judicial Bureau or lawyers' associations, and they need to submit a written complaint letter and a copy of relevant evidence materials. Lawyers' Association is responsible for ensuring lawyers to practice according to law, safeguarding lawyers' legitimate rights and interests, formulating lawyers' practice norms and disciplinary rules, organizing training, assessment and management of trainee lawyers, implementing rewards and punishments, accepting complaints, mediating disputes and accepting appeals.
