(2) Prepare two recent one-inch photos of myself, and go to the local police station to receive two blank forms of the Application Form for Change of Household Registration Content, and fill them out clearly and correctly as required.
(3) Take the application form for the change of household registration content to the local village committee (township) or neighborhood committee (street) for signature and seal, and ask the village committee (township) or neighborhood committee (street) to issue a certificate. If it is a student or unit, the school or unit must issue a certificate.
(4) I write an application for renaming the household registration book and bring the above certificate, household registration book and ID card to the police station where the household registration is located. It needs the signature of the police station and the county (city, district) public security bureau (usually more than three people) to be completed, and then I can apply for a new ID card.
