1. After the mobile phone software logs in to the "Tianfu Tongban" APP, click "My"-"Electronic Proof"-"All" in turn to enter the electronic proof page.
2. Then click "Add Certificate", select "No Criminal Record Certificate" and click "Add". After adding, you need to return to the e-Cert page, click on the certificate category, and select this certificate as "Certificate with no criminal record" to enter the password setting page (it needs to be set for the first application). Enter the password and mobile phone verification code according to the prompt settings.
3. After entering the verification code, enter the application notification page, click "Read Agree", then authenticate the real person information, and enter the application inquiry form page, and the basic information of the applicant will be automatically introduced. Select "Application Purpose" and click "Submit".
4. On the application query form page, the basic information of the applicant will be automatically introduced. After confirming that the basic information is correct, select "Apply for Use". After the submission is completed, return to the electronic proof page. If the e-cert is under review, clicking "QR code" will prompt "Being reviewed, temporarily unable to view".
5. Finally, click "No Criminal Record Certificate" to enter the certificate verification page.
