Information system integration qualification

Information system integration qualification refers to the evaluation and identification of the comprehensive ability and level of enterprises engaged in information system integration and service by China Computer Information System Integration Industry Association according to the system integration qualification management measures and qualification rating conditions.

The essence of system integration is the optimal comprehensive overall design, a large-scale integrated computer network system, which includes the integration of computer software, hardware, operating system technology, database technology, network communication technology, and the integration of product selection and collocation of different manufacturers. The goal of system integration is the best overall performance, that is, all components and parts can work together, and the whole system is low-cost, efficient, balanced and extensible.

The qualification grade of computer information system integration is divided into level one, level one, level two, level three and level four.

Level 1: The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology started the certification and evaluation of the level 1 qualification of system integration from July, 201/2000, aiming at promoting the computer information system integration enterprises to become bigger and stronger, and maintaining the construction and guarantee of safe and reliable information systems in important fields such as party and government, military, finance, telecommunications, transportation and energy. 165438+1October 6th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially announced the qualification list of the first-class enterprise for computer information system integration, which was obtained by Inspur, ChinaSoft, Neusoft and Taiji.

Level 1: It has the ability to independently undertake the construction of various computer information systems in national, provincial (ministerial), industrial, prefectural (city) (and below), large, medium and small enterprises.

Level 2: It has the ability to independently undertake the construction of computer information systems in provinces (ministries), industries, prefectures (cities) (and below), large, medium and small enterprises or jointly undertake the construction of national computer information systems.

Level 3: Have the ability to independently undertake the construction of computer information systems for small and medium-sized enterprises or jointly undertake the construction of computer information systems for large enterprises (or with considerable scale).

Level 4: Have the ability to independently undertake the computer information system construction of small enterprises or jointly undertake the computer information system construction of medium-sized enterprises (or a considerable scale).
