Yinchuan talent introduction policy 2022

In order to further promote the strategy of "revitalizing the city with talents" and intensify the work of talent introduction, it is decided to openly introduce high-level talents in Yinchuan City in 2022 according to the spirit of Opinions on Implementing the Strategy of Promoting Innovation-driven Development through Projects with Strong Talents, Notice on Further Improving the Independent Open Recruitment of Institutions in the Region and Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the import principle

Second, the introduction plan

In 2022, Yinchuan * * * institutions plan to introduce 45 career preparation talents to the whole country. Among them, there are 25 high-level talents and 20 urgently needed talents. For the specific recruitment units, positions and qualifications, please refer to the list of high-level talent introduction plans of Yinchuan public institutions in 2022.

Third, the introduction of objects and conditions

(A) the introduction object

1. High-level talents: those with senior professional and technical titles; A person with a doctorate.

2. Urgent need for professionals: Master degree or above.

(2) Basic conditions

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of the China Party and the socialist system;

3. Have good political quality and moral conduct;

4. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

5. Meet the requirements of disciplines, academic qualifications, degrees and other conditions required for the recruitment position;

6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

: In principle, organs and institutions in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region are not allowed to apply;

Applicants who have husband-wife relationship, lineal consanguineous relationship, collateral consanguineous relationship within three generations or close in-laws relationship with the person in charge of the recruitment institution are not allowed to apply for positions such as secretary or organization (personnel), discipline inspection and supervision, auditing and finance, or other positions with direct leadership relationship between superiors and subordinates;
