This patent is called "an architecture platform". Because adjectives cannot appear in patent names, they can only be named like this. Liao Yanqing said that it can also be called a "super building platform".
The platform is the foundation, the plate and the beam.
A swimming pool can be installed on the base.
In the aerial villa renderings invented by Liao Yanqing, the villa seems to be packed in a framed container, and then stacked layer by layer. This frame container is a patented "building platform".
This platform is mainly made of steel structure, consisting of base, columns, frame beams and high-strength steel plates.
In the sky villa, this platform is not only the foundation, but also the plate and beam. At its bottom is a thick base. Liao Yanqing said that because the swimming pool should be "installed" on the base, the thickness of the base is basically above 1.5 meters.
The pedestal is also a link between the preceding and the following. Its interior is criss-crossing truss steel beams, and high-strength steel plates are attached to the base surface, forming a perfect beam-slab system.
In order to strengthen the bearing capacity, wind resistance and earthquake resistance of the whole platform building, this "super building platform" adopts a box foundation with greater rigidity.
When building a villa, the pedestal is the foundation and the deep space for burying pipelines and supporting facilities. Because the foundation is thick enough, swimming pools, fish ponds, storage rooms and air conditioners can all be "buried". Baseboard is a leisure platform for outdoor activities (gardens, green spaces, swimming pools, roads, etc.). ).
As for the villas within the framework, they are all light steel structures. After determining the apartment type, it is good to "install" each room on the base according to the apartment type diagram. You can even design waterfalls in the villa.
Liao Yanqing said that there are four box columns at the four corners of the base, which together with the frame beam on the platform and the buildings on the platform bear the platform superimposed on it, and the four box columns also play the role of connecting and locking the upper and lower platforms.
The frame members of each steel structure can be stacked layer by layer. Each floor of the frame can be "stuffed" with a villa. In other words, the villas are stacked one by one and become "air villas".
The air villa also designed a transportation platform to facilitate residents to get on and off.
The land utilization rate has increased six times.
Only 1/4 of the traditional villa weight is packed in the frame container.
Traditional villas are all built on the first floor. To have a swimming pool and a big garden, you have to "circle" a large piece of land. Many villas are built in the suburbs, and the fancy is that there are many suburban places.
Liao Yanqing said that if people who want to own villas have to buy villas in the suburbs, it will bring a lot of inconvenience to their lives. Hanging villas can save a lot of land and are suitable for promotion in urban areas.
Liao Yanqing compared the sky villa with the traditional villa. Take the 504-square-meter villa currently designed as an example, it can be stacked to 8 floors, which is more than 6 times higher than the land utilization rate of traditional villas.
Moreover, the self-weight of the suspended villa only accounts for 1/4 of that of the traditional villa, and the construction period is only 1/3 of that of the traditional villa, so the indoor utilization rate can be improved by 8%.
Of course, if you live in a high-rise villa, you will have a better view than a traditional villa.
Liao Yanqing took us to imagine: building a five-story or eight-story sky villa next to Lujiang Road. If you live on the top floor, you can see your own garden, green space and nearby swimming pool. Looking out, you can see Lujiang Road; Further extension, you can see Gulangyu Island, the endless sea and the bustling city. He thinks it is more appropriate to build an aerial villa around Lujiang Road, Huandao Road and Yundang Lake. But don't build too much, just decorate it like a flower arrangement.
Can be built at sea
Different units can be superimposed for mass production.
Sky villas can also be built at sea. However, before the platform is built, the ground floor must be done well, just like building bridges and docks. In addition, the facade of the villa must be inclined to enhance the wind resistance. Liao Yanqing said that for the sake of safety, if you build an aerial villa at sea, don't build it too high.
Liao Yanqing said that Xiamen has many bays and is making efforts to develop yacht economy. If you build a sky villa in a certain bay, it will certainly attract a large number of tourists.
Liao Yanqing is working with a developer in Beijing to develop an aerial villa in Beijing. He designed European-style apartments, modern-style apartments and Beijing quadrangles.
Because each villa has an independent pedestal, the apartment type of each "container villa" can be different. If the first villa on the ground floor adopts European style, the second villa can be quadrangular and the third villa can be modern style.
At present, the largest apartment designed by Liao Yanqing is 504 square meters. He said, huxing, area, platform frame size, etc. , can be adjusted according to actual needs.
If the platform size is fixed, the sky villa can be industrialized and mass produced. Based on the estimate of 504 square meters of hanging villas, the construction cost is about 3.6 million yuan, including the decoration (middle decoration), equipment sharing (including swimming pool), roads, green spaces, underground pipelines and supporting facilities of each villa.
Suspended villa adopts steel structure, and its service life is longer than that of traditional villa, which can reach more than 100 years.
The design is inspired by the container.
The pier and the covered bridge all entered the house.
Liao Yanqing doesn't want to talk more about individuals, only about patents. He studied architecture and worked in the construction industry for five or six years more than ten years ago. Later, he switched to chemical industry and logistics. He said that people who study architecture have rich imagination. When they see an object, their heads begin to draw.
He designed a villa apartment in the sky. The living room was inspired by the pier, and the design of other spaces was inspired by the covered bridge he wanted to go through when boarding the plane. So, in his design, we can see such a plan: two covered bridges cross, the bedroom, kitchen, study and bathroom are embedded in the two covered bridges, and one end of one covered bridge is connected with a pier, which is the living room of the villa. In order to keep the meaning of the pier, Liao Yanqing designed the periphery of the pier-shaped living room as a round fish pond, and the living room was surrounded by a hose.
Sky Villa was inspired by the logistics industry where Liao Yanqing once worked. He looked at the stacked containers and thought, can villas be stacked one by one? So I study hard at home and paint carefully. In 2006, he completed the design and applied for a patent in China National Intellectual Property Administration. After waiting for nearly three years, the patent certificate was issued, and he finally became the inventor of the "world's first" sky villa.
