The Communications Satellite Division has a good environment for scientific research and personnel training. At present, there are 500 employees, including 7 researchers, 3 academicians and senior consultants of the two academies, 4 national experts, 8 provincial and ministerial experts, 35 ordinary experts, 35 researchers and 95 deputy senior professional and technical personnel who enjoy special government stickers1/kloc-0. He has won 4 special prizes for national scientific and technological progress and 6 first prizes for national scientific and technological progress. In the process of rapid development and continuous innovation of science and technology, the Communications Satellite Division has laboratories and advanced instruments and equipment suitable for the development of professional technology, which can carry out satellite system design, system performance verification, equipment-level, subsystem-level and all-star system testing, failure mode analysis, on-orbit operation technical support, frequency and orbit resource consulting services, etc. At present, more than 20 domestic communication satellites and international commercial communication satellites have been signed to develop the whole satellite. Satellite services include communication broadcasting, microwave information acquisition and data relay. The whole satellite platform, spectrum products and space service capabilities have formed a series of coverage of small and medium capacity, large capacity and ultra-large capacity communication satellites.
