LED display screen: Flat display screen, which consists of small LED module panels.
LED, light emitting diode (short for light emitting diode). It is a diode made of gallium (Ga), arsenic (As), phosphorus (P), nitrogen (N) and indium (In) by controlling the display mode of a semiconductor light-emitting diode. When electrons and holes recombine, they can emit visible light, so they can be used to make light-emitting diodes. Used as an indicator light in circuits and instruments, or as a text or digital display. Gallium arsenide phosphorescent diodes emit red light, gallium phosphide diodes emit green light, silicon carbide diodes emit yellow light, and indium gallium nitride diodes emit blue light.
LED display screen is generally used to display text, images, videos, video signals and other information.
The LED luminescent materials applied to the display screen have the following forms:
① LED light-emitting lamp (or single lamp) is generally composed of a single LED chip, a reflective cup, a metal anode and a metal cathode, and is wrapped with an epoxy resin shell with light transmission and light concentration capabilities. One or more individual lamps (different colors) can be used to form a basic pixel, which is mostly used for outdoor display screens due to its high brightness.
The LED dot matrix module consists of several chips and is encapsulated in a plastic shell with epoxy resin. Suitable for row and column scanning drive, easy to form high-density display screen, mostly used for indoor display screen.
(3) SMD LED (SMD LED) is a kind of LED packaged by soldering, which can be used for indoor full-color display screen to realize single-point maintenance and effectively overcome mosaic phenomenon.
