How do children understand reading?

In years of teaching, I found that 80% of children pay attention to everything, not to this matter. Therefore, many children buy back different kinds of books because of different topics of concern, but because they don't pay attention, none of the books they buy back are really read from beginning to end, let alone repeat what is said in the book. Many children use books as sedatives-they only use them when they are insomnia and bored, which is a great waste. Sadly, more than 95% of children don't know how to read at all, let alone share the fun and gains brought by reading.

In order to solve this problem, in daily reading, in addition to mastering the super thinking card, you need to ask yourself four questions. After asking these four questions, you can change your reading habits and change your thinking from passive reading to active reading. By this time, you not only satisfied your curiosity when reading, but also improved your understanding of the contents of the book through whole-brain reading and gained rich knowledge assets. So what questions will you ask yourself?

1. What is the purpose of reading this book?

This problem is the core of reading, and many people don't consider it when buying books. So the books bought are piled up on the shelves and become exhibits. I asked many children in class, and the answers were varied. But after combing, you will find that there are actually two reasons: one is to buy with the wind, and the other is to ask books for my use.

2. What does this book say?

When reading, you must try to find out this problem. Make this problem clear, you will understand the general framework, and it will be much easier to read.

3. What are the main points of this book that are important to you and which are not?

This is directly related to the speed and efficiency of reading this book. A book has many points, precisely because these points will directly lead to different concerns of each reader. If you must master some key points and need to focus on learning, you must use intensive reading. Some points don't need to be mastered, just know a little.

Can you explain clearly what you have read?

When reading, no matter what kind of book it is, it will send us some information. Whether the contents and significance of these consultations are good or not, and whether the suggestions and inspirations can be clearly expounded after reading are the only criteria to measure whether a reader has mastered the contents of the book.
