The 28th floor is the best for the following reasons:
1, cost performance, 29, 30 near the top floor, easy to penetrate cold, rain, heat and so on. The 28th floor just sidestepped this problem.
2. In terms of price, the price on the 28th floor is definitely the highest among all floors (regardless of apartment type). )
3. Leaving aside 29 and 30, the whole floor 28 has the widest view.
