Exactly. I found the technical term from the Agreement on Goods Handover and Expense Settlement for International Air Transport in and out of Hong Kong.
Some excerpts are as follows:
2.2 The goods packed by Party B must comply with the civil aviation security regulations of "warehousing 24 hours before the flight takes off", otherwise the goods can only be received after security inspection. Party A is not responsible for the shortage and damage of the goods and the losses caused by the damp of the goods. Wood packaging goods shipped to the United States, Canada and other countries need to provide fumigation certificates.
The goods assembled by Party B must be put into Party A's warehouse in advance, and the "24 hours before departure" regulation issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China shall apply. Otherwise, safety inspection must be carried out. Party A is not responsible for the shortage, loss and damage of goods caused by humidity. If the goods exported to the United States and Canada are packed in wood, Party B shall provide fumigation certificate.
I hope I can help you ~
