In order to comprehensively improve the level of primary and secondary education and teaching management in our city and ensure the sound and rapid development of primary and secondary education in our city, with the approval of the municipal party Committee and municipal government, we decided to recruit some primary and secondary school teachers. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Application Conditions and Recruitment Plan
(1) To recruit 17 municipal primary and secondary school teachers from 17 in-service teachers in township schools, the following conditions must be met:
1. Hold the employment registration card uniformly printed by the Ministry of Education and have worked for three years (joined the work before August 2005).
2. The applicant must be approved by the school and the town education committee. Each town is limited to 3 people, and subjects such as Chinese and mathematics (see the examination plan) are limited to 1 person.
3. The first degree of personnel applying for junior high school teaching positions must be full-time junior college education or above.
4. The applicant must be a teaching expert at Tengzhou city level or above or a winner of the first prize of Tengzhou quality course or above.
If in-service teachers from public schools affiliated to Jie Zhen are still teaching in private schools, those who meet the above conditions can also apply for registration, which does not account for the limited registration amount of 17 town, but they need to be signed and sealed by the private schools they are currently teaching and the original Jie Zhen Education Department.
Applicants who meet the above conditions must be approved by the Municipal Education Bureau.
Examination plan: recruit 17 township school teachers to supplement the curriculum of primary and secondary schools directly under the municipal government (attached table 1).
If the number of applicants in each academic period and discipline is less than or equal to the number of professional recruitment plans in this discipline, the professional recruitment plan shall be re-approved by subtracting 1 from the number of applicants; If the enrollment plan is 1, the enrollment plan of this major will be cancelled. According to the approved recruitment plan, the unemployed undergraduate students are approved to apply for the 17 township primary school plan.
(2) Ordinary full-time undergraduate graduates who graduated in 2007 or before and have not been employed (excluding the "one college student in one village" admitted in 2007) who apply for primary school teachers shall meet the following conditions at the same time:
1, with Tengzhou household registration;
2, has been registered in the Education Bureau or Personnel Bureau, and has a teacher qualification certificate;
3. Good political quality and good health.
Admission plan: 60 students (Attached Table 2). Among them, 43 people were admitted to teach in municipal primary schools, and the number of teachers in relevant towns and primary schools decreased due to being admitted to municipal primary schools increased accordingly 17.
If the number of enrollment subjects and majors is less than 3 times of the recruitment plan, the recruitment plan will be reduced according to the ratio of 1: 3.
Second, registration and qualification examination:
(1) Registration
The recruitment and registration of urban primary and secondary school teachers adopts the methods of unified time, online registration and online charging.
Registration time: August 28-September 2008 1.
Inquiry time: August 29th-September 3rd, 2008.
Specific measures are:
1. Personal registration: applicants log on to the designated registration website (Tengzhou Talent Network www.tz-rc.com) and truthfully fill in and submit relevant personal information. Each person is limited to one major. If the applicant logs in and fills in the registration information several times before the preliminary qualification examination, the information filled in the previous time will be automatically replaced by the information filled in the next time. Once the registration qualification has passed the preliminary examination, it shall not be changed.
2. Preliminary examination: The office of the Municipal Leading Group for Examination and Employment is responsible for the preliminary examination of qualifications. During the registration period, it will check the online registration, conduct a preliminary examination of the applicants the day before according to the information submitted by the applicants, and publish the preliminary examination results online. Those who meet the registration conditions shall not refuse to register; For those who do not meet the conditions for entering the examination and fail the preliminary examination, the reasons shall be explained; If the submitted materials are incomplete, the missing contents shall be indicated and returned to the applicant for supplement. During the online registration period, the consultation telephone number will be announced to answer the applicants' inquiries.
3. Pay online. After submitting the application information online, applicants can log on to the website to check the preliminary examination results of registration qualification from the next day to the deadline for inquiry. Please log on to Tengzhou Talent Network (www.TZ-RC.COM) from August 29th to September 3rd, 2008 and pay online. Failing to go through the online payment procedures within the time limit shall be deemed as giving up. After the payment is successful, download and print the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Tengzhou City and the Commitment Letter for Credibility of Staff in Public Institutions for the interview. From September 17 to September 19, 2008, log on the website to download and print the admission ticket.
The standard of examination fee is: per person 100 yuan.
(2) Qualification examination
The qualification examination of candidates runs through the whole recruitment process. After the list of lecturers is confirmed, those who sign up for the lecture are required to submit personal certification materials, an application form for open recruitment of institutions directly under the municipal government, a letter of commitment for the integrity of the staff of the recruitment institutions, and two recent bareheaded photos of the same edition 1 inch. Relevant certification materials mainly include: graduation certificate, employment registration certificate, ID card, household registration book and teacher qualification certificate. Candidates who have obtained the qualification to give lectures will be deemed to have abstained if they fail to submit relevant materials to the recruiting unit 3 days before the lecture. After examination, those who do not have the conditions to apply for the examination will be disqualified. Vacancies caused by waiver or disqualification shall be filled in turn according to the written test results.
Three. Examination principles and contents
The examination adheres to the principle of "openness, fairness, competition and merit".
The exam is divided into written test and lecture.
(1) Written examination
The written test shall be conducted by unified examination, unified standard and unified marking.
The examination subjects are public courses and professional knowledge. Written test scores 100. The written test scores of applicants are calculated according to the proportion of public courses and professional knowledge accounting for 50% respectively. The contents of the public course examination are pedagogy and educational psychology; The content of the professional knowledge subject examination is the professional knowledge of the reported subject.
(2) Oral English class
The written test scores are sorted from high to low according to the major you applied for, and the candidates who attend the lecture are determined according to the proportion of recruitment plan 1: 1.5.
Lecture score 100 (including: 50 points for music, sports, beauty and computer major; Basic ability test accounts for 50 points).
Fourth, the examination methods and procedures
(1) Examination and physical examination. According to the total test scores (the sum of written test scores and lecture scores), from high scores to low scores, according to the reduced number of recruitment plans, the equal number of participants will be determined, and the examination will be organized by the office of the leading group for examination and recruitment. The main contents of the assessment are: political performance, law-abiding, moral character, ability, diligence, performance, honesty, etc., and the final review of their qualifications. The assessment results are divided into qualified and unqualified.
Those who pass the examination take part in the physical examination. Physical examination results are divided into qualified and unqualified.
Those who fail the exam or physical examination will be replenished in turn according to the total score of the exam.
(2) admission. Among those who pass the physical examination, the list of admission personnel shall be determined and publicized according to the recruitment plan and the total score of the examination from high to low.
(3) choose a job. According to the comprehensive score of the exam, from high score to low score, the admitted personnel choose their own jobs in turn.
If the same score appears in the whole examination process, the microcomputer will randomly determine the order or choice.
Applicants who fail to participate in the unit selection on time are deemed to have given up; After being hired, if he fails to report to the employer within the specified time, or if he is found to have cheated in the exam, his employment qualification will be cancelled.
