Luoyang, referred to as Luoyi and Luo Jing for short, is a prefecture-level city in Henan Province and a sub-central city of Central Plains urban agglomeration. The total area of Luoyang is 15230 square kilometers, of which the urban area is 2229 square kilometers, the east-west length is about 179 kilometers, and the north-south width is about 168 kilometers.
