Is Qi Ming School in Jiangxi a juvenile detention center?

Juvenile delinquency refers to the place where juvenile offenders who have reached the age of 14 and have not reached the age of 18 receive education, rescue and reform. In 2005, Jiangxi Juvenile Delinquency Institution established Jiangxi Qi Ming School, which is the first school in China to provide compulsory education for juvenile offenders. Since 14, 752 juvenile offenders have obtained primary school graduation certificates and 1874 juvenile offenders have obtained junior high school graduation certificates, which shows that Jiangxi Qi Ming School is a juvenile detention center.
