Parents have a preliminary understanding of kindergartens through telephone consultation, interviews and visits.
2. Take the household registration book and fill in the registration form:
Parents bring their household registration books, take their children to the kindergarten for interview and visit, and fill in the registration form for new students.
3. Waiting for the admission notice:
After you register your child, the kindergarten will send you a notice, tell your parents the specific time, post a notice, and check whether your child is admitted to the kindergarten, when to enter the park, and how to go through the relevant procedures.
4. Maternal and child health hospital physical examination:
Before entering the park, parents need to take their children to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital for a physical examination. After the physical examination results are confirmed by the kindergarten health care doctor, other admission procedures can be handled.
Physical examination instructions:
(1) Children's physical examination (valid for three months), physical examination in the designated physical examination unit (Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital).
(2) Children's health care files: children's physical examination results-including children's health examination list and children's physical examination liver function list; Copy of vaccination certificate.
5. Pay and fill in the form:
After passing the physical examination, establish a health care file in the kindergarten and fill in the relevant forms in the park. Parents pay their children's admission fee with the payment notice.
With the payment voucher, physical examination results and a copy of vaccination certificate, register with the teacher in the class where the child is located.
6. Admission:
The baby officially started kindergarten life.
