Introduction of plastic pipe production line

As an important part of chemical building materials, plastic pipes are widely accepted by users for their superior performance, sanitation, environmental protection and low consumption, mainly including UPVC drainage pipes, UPVC water supply pipes, aluminum-plastic composite pipes and polyethylene (PE) water supply pipes. The pipe production line consists of control system, extruder, mold, setting cooling system, tractor, planetary cutting device and overturning frame. Each pipe production line has two extruders, one of which mainly adopts strong conveying sleeve and high-efficiency screw, and the other smaller extruder is used for extrusion marking. When the plastic pipe production line fails, it will directly lead to the phenomena of rough surface, internal vibration ring and no vacuum, so it is necessary to eliminate the failure of the plastic pipe production line in time to improve the product quality.
