That extraordinary saint taught me how to meditate, how to practice and how to realize the Tao.

"Meditation", eliminating delusion, sitting and watching nature, hence the name.

First, there are six seals, which should be repaired in turn. Sit for two hours at a time, count eight times, finish the first letter, and then invite the second letter. Every time, I will silently ask for the protection of the buddhas and bodhisattvas, so that I can finish six seals on the way. Because the sixth seal is the most important, it is not easy to get.

Second, repair, the first letter, within two hours, in any case, fingerprints must not be scattered. Second, hold the curse, don't stop talking, don't make any noise, and move your lips slightly. Third, don't worry. If you are aware of it, you should immediately ignore it and not suppress it (this is also a delusion). Don't take it everywhere, add more mistakes to it. I just don't care, ignore, hate or like the emptiness of my mind. Both sitting well and sitting badly are progress. It's incredible to see that the work is not in the seat, but after the next seat.

The first seal, the first (that is, the first time) is the first axe to cut the mountain, and its ability is the greatest. In any case, it will take two hours or more. Therefore, if you are not familiar with the mantra (three or four days later), don't sit on tiptoe, lest you forget it because you sit. The first seal is the first of all seals (there are more than 16 thousand seals in both hands), the king of all seals and the mother of all laws, which is very important. If your hand is sore or painful, it is karma. You should have a happy heart and stop the three evils forever. Bodhi must be certified, hence the name Bodhi Heart Seal. The first three seals are the body of evidence and the supreme uprooting method. The last three seals are useful and enlightened, and they are the supreme shortcut to leave the three evil ways forever, so they must be solemn.

Third, you can sit on the bed. When sitting, avoid the wind behind and the cold in front. Cover your legs when it is cold in autumn and winter. Don't sit down when you are full. It takes two hours. Don't be too hungry (it's up to you), and don't sit when you are angry, wait until you are calm. Don't worry about leaving your seat. Don't leave your seat until your legs are a little more comfortable. Urine every six or seven minutes (this can be done first). After playing seven or nine seats, don't avoid the room to work, and don't avoid one on weekdays, but you will be isolated for four hours. Don't sit down when you are sick and tired.

Fourth, when you are sitting, your arms or legs are sore, that is, there is wind, that is, when you are sick. As long as you endure the pain, you will get rid of the disease. Abdominal distension, flatulence, etc., cut Fukashi. So the seat should be six or seven inches high (depending on everyone's comfort). Left and right leg press, cross under the mat. If you can stand alone for two hours, you can let go, but it must be high behind you. Don't lie on your back. If you lie on your back, you should avoid heights. If you can't do it for two hours in a row, don't do it. Because it can't be printed halfway. Stop hanging your feet. As for people with old diseases, they often turn out because they are sitting, whether it is good or bad. Don't stop doubting and don't overwork yourself by sitting. Kung fu advances between not getting sick and not getting tired.

Five, the seat equipment, (a) yellow cloth, cover fingerprints. (2) A clock (on). ③ spittoon. (4) Don't use good incense, the point is outside the door. (5) Don't wear a hat. (6) The belt should be loose. (7) Don't close the door and let anyone in and out. The child's voice can be ignored, which is training the mind. (8) Do not use the backrest.

6. Don't hold your handprint very high, just on your chest and slightly on both sides. Sometimes you will unconsciously put it down on your leg and lift it when you feel it. Don't move your waist, extend and descend slowly, and don't straighten it.

Seven, the seat is fixed, the wisdom is fixed, the next seat is fixed, and it is fixed in wisdom. When nothing is relaxed, it is not exposed. When I realized that I was sitting in my seat, my heart became silent in Zhan Ran. When I didn't have any thoughts, what was the scene? This scene is forced by the combination of sitting (Buddha power) and practicing (self-reliance), which should not be underestimated. Not until the root dust falls off. You often ignore this scene, so you can't hold it, or because you don't care, don't care. But in this scene, you must not ask him in the seat. One request is intentional. If waves are generated on the water surface, the optical phase of water will disappear. Therefore, if we want to break, we should forcibly separate the six roots from the six dusts and break them back and forth. At the point of breaking, we can get a message and naturally realize the reality. This is real kung fu, not enlightenment, but true enlightenment, not rational interpretation. At this point, don't relax, always experience. When you get to know each other, like mother and son, like your own name, you will never forget it. Kung fu is from shallow to deep, from deep to ecstasy, and when the method is exhausted, it can be integrated.

Eight, every time you hold a spell, you must be very familiar and fast. Hold it slowly for a few times, and the words will be clear, so as not to be glib and miss sentences.

Nine, this book, when the second reference. But don't read it until you have printed six copies. For the same door, you should talk to your heart's content and don't hide it. But there are also successively. This is the convenient method in compassion. And you can practice oral English, prepare for your later life and increase your wisdom. Disasters, obstacles, diseases, career achievements, etc. Everything is available, and with the protection of Guanyin Bodhisattva, we can all achieve it. The four-armed Guanyin is the four-armed Guanyin Bodhisattva. The mantra is also very important, with six words: Om, Mo, Ni, Bai, Mi and Yi. To practice this method, meditation starts from half an hour and then gradually increases to one hour, one and a half hours and two hours. It takes at least two hours to practice meditation. Many people can't stand it at first. You can practice this six-character mantra first. When printing, fingerprints should be covered with yellow cloth for two reasons. First, because there are buddhas, bodhisattvas and gods passing by in the air, buddhas will not bow to us. When Bodhisattva and God see it, they will bow to us. But we just started practicing dharma, and we are still ordinary people, not buddhas and bodhisattvas, and we can't accept their bows. Therefore, we covered our fingerprints with yellow cloth, and the immortals of past dynasties stopped bowing when they saw us covering our fingerprints and practicing dharma. Second, it's not good for others to see our handprints, learn to print and steal Buddha. Cover the repair with yellow cloth, so that others can't see it, and they won't imitate fingerprints, so as not to commit crimes! There are several taboos in meditation: first, don't think hard in your seat. Because I can't remember my thoughts at ordinary times, I remember them at once, oh! How to do this and how to do that. This is not good! It's no use meditating like this. When we sit, we should be dead, as if we were already dead. What can we do after death? Things at home, things at work, whatever. When the delusion in the seat was turned out, I held up the spell and used it to transform my thoughts. I don't want to suppress my thoughts. When my thoughts come, I don't want to suppress them. Let them come. I just ignored them. Naturally, I call them empty. This is transformation. It's not repression, it's crushing thoughts to death, crushing them into stagnant water. I can't remember an idea and die there. Dead water does not hide the dragon, and it cannot be enlightened. Therefore, we should become living buddhas, use them wonderfully, don't suppress our thoughts, just come and ignore them. Second, you can't ask for magical powers, not at all! Far from becoming a Buddha, seeking spiritual strength is part of becoming a demon. Because what the heart wants is persistence, and persistence is the factor to become a demon. Our hearts are as clean as washing, we don't care at all, we don't insist at all, we don't ask for anything, and we can truly become a Buddha, that is, a Buddha from our own heart and a Buddha from our own nature. An empty heart can become a Buddha, and an empty heart cannot become a Buddha. So becoming a Buddha is in the heart, not in the avatar. Pagans also have magical powers. How did they become pagans? Become the devil? It is because they are so persistent that they have no time in their hearts. My heart is really empty, and I can get nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing. Therefore, we should turn wisdom into Buddha, not turn magical powers into Buddha. It's important not to cling to the avatar. Third, you can't sit at the table immediately after eating, which is not good for your stomach. Meditation takes an hour and a half. Fourth, when you are unhappy and upset, don't meditate, because it will suppress the liver qi and make you sick. So when you are in a bad mood, you can go out for fun, digest the bad mood and meditate. Fifth, pay special attention to the fact that husband and wife share the same room. Because it is very harmful for husband and wife to share the same room, they can't share the same room immediately after meditation, and they have to be separated for 5-6 hours; Similarly, you can't meditate immediately after sharing a room. Rest for 5-6 hours before meditation. If you meditate immediately, you will easily get sick! 6. It doesn't matter if a woman has her period. You can meditate, but you can't have two dishes. Double dishes are easy to cause the risk of blood collapse, so pay attention to it during menstruation. You can continue to meditate when you are pregnant, but don't sit cross-legged after four months, you can lie down and repair; The baby is coming in eight or nine months, so don't practice. You can recite the six-character Daming mantra in bed, with the blessing of Guanyin Bodhisattva, which will not hinder the practice of dharma.
