The enterprise clicks on "Enterprise Member Registration" of Dalian Construction Market Credit Supervision Network for initial registration;

2. The enterprise carries the letter of introduction (certificate) of the registered enterprise to the Integrity Office to receive the encryption lock;

3. The Integrity Office will open an enterprise account on the spot and lock the enterprise;

4. The enterprise encrypts the inserted link of the computer on the Internet, logs into Dalian Construction Market Credit Supervision Network, clicks "Industry Enterprise Login", and logs into the system with the password applied when registering as an enterprise member in the pop-up page;

5. The enterprise fills in the information (enterprise and its subordinate personnel) and reports the information. For the contents and specifications of the report, please refer to the Notice on Annual Examination of IC Cards of Construction Enterprises and Employees. After filling in the information, click "Initial Report" and click "Submit" after the dialog box pops up to complete the information submission;

6. The enterprise carries the original and photocopy of relevant certificates to the Integrity Office for information verification;

7. Integrity Office conducts information review and business card printing;

8. The Integrity Office informs the enterprise to receive the "Integrity Card" (the enterprise and its subordinate personnel).

9. Enterprises bring relevant letters of introduction to the Integrity Office to receive the "Integrity Card" (enterprises and affiliated personnel).

Note that when an enterprise handles an IC card, it takes 3-7 working days for the Integrity Office to verify the information and issue the card for the enterprise, so in order to avoid affecting the normal use of the IC card by the enterprise, the enterprise is requested to handle it in advance.
