Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and regulations in order to standardize undergraduate enrollment and ensure the smooth progress of undergraduate enrollment in our university.

Article 2 The name of the school is Foreign Affairs College, inscribed by Comrade Zhou Enlai; The English name is ChinaForeignAffairsUniversity, or CFAU for short.

Article 3 The Foreign Affairs University is a small-scale, high-level and distinctive full-time ordinary institution of higher learning sponsored by the state, directly under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and jointly established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education. In 20 17, China Foreign Affairs University ranked among 95 first-class discipline construction universities in China, and entered the second round of "double first-class" construction universities and construction disciplines list in 2022.

Article 4 The legal address of the school is No.24, Exhibition Hall Road, Xicheng District, Beijing. There are two campuses: Exhibition Hall Road Campus and Shahe Campus. Exhibition Hall Road Campus is located at No.24 Exhibition Hall Road, Xicheng District, Beijing. Shahe Campus is located in No.5 Courtyard, Nansan Street, Higher Education Park, Changping District, Beijing.

Article 5 Schools recruit and train senior professionals such as undergraduate students, master students, doctoral students and international students at all levels. Undergraduate students who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified period of time shall be awarded the undergraduate diploma of ordinary colleges and universities of Foreign Affairs University; In line with the relevant provisions of the state and schools on the award of degrees, the bachelor's degree certificate for graduates of ordinary higher education of Foreign Affairs University will be awarded.

Chapter II Enrollment Organization

Article 6 The school shall establish the Undergraduate Admissions Committee of the Foreign Affairs University. The Undergraduate Admissions Committee consists of the main leaders of the school, leaders in charge, heads of relevant departments, representatives of teachers and students and alumni. According to the articles of association and relevant policies and regulations of the Undergraduate Admissions Committee, the Undergraduate Admissions Committee deliberates on major issues such as the undergraduate enrollment policy and enrollment plan of our school.

Article 7 The Admissions Office of Foreign Affairs University is the daily office for undergraduate enrollment, and is responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Admission Rules

Article 8 A school shall, according to the requirements of national policies and the conditions for running a school, make overall consideration of the number of candidates and the quality of students in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and prepare undergraduate enrollment plans by province and specialty. The school has no reservation plan. The specific enrollment plan and application requirements shall be announced to the public by the provincial department in charge of enrollment examination.

Article 9 According to the requirements of "Notice on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" and "Regulations on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" issued by the Ministry of Education in that year, our school has fully implemented the "sunshine project" for college enrollment, adhered to the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, implemented comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission, and accepted the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

Article 10 The Foreign Affairs University enrolls students in batches in advance. According to the enrollment plan approved by the Ministry of Education, our school implements online long-distance enrollment. After the results of the college entrance examination were announced, our school selected a group of local undergraduate candidates who accepted the minimum control score (inclusive) and met the school admission standards from high to low. For the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) that merge undergraduate batches, our school will select candidates whose local undergraduate admission scores are above the minimum control scores and meet the school admission standards, from high scores to low scores. In principle, the admission scores of national special plans shall be subject to the admission scores listed in this article.

Eleventh provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) that implement the voluntary advance batch order in our school generally do not exceed120% of the total number of local enrollment plans; The provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) that approve parallel volunteer in advance generally do not exceed 105%.

Article 12 Candidates who enjoy the bonus policy can add bonus points according to the regulations of local provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and only consider the actual total score of candidates' college entrance examination when enrolling students and determining majors after filing; In the case that the total score of the actual college entrance examination is the same, priority will be given to candidates with policy points. If there is no policy to add points, compare the foreign language written test, Chinese score, math score and foreign language oral test score in turn.

Thirteenth when determining the major to be admitted, the students will be queued according to the actual total score of the college entrance examination, and from high score to low score, they will be admitted in turn according to the professional volunteers reported by the candidates; There is no difference in volunteer level between majors; If the professional volunteers are not satisfied, those who obey the adjustment will be transferred to the majors that have not completed the enrollment plan in our school according to the score line; Those who fail to meet their professional aspirations and do not obey the adjustment will be dismissed.

Fourteenth provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) that implement early batch volunteering in our school can enroll non-first-choice candidates if the number of first-choice candidates is insufficient, and choose the best candidates according to the actual total score of the college entrance examination. If the number of qualified non-first-choice candidates is still insufficient, voluntary admission will be collected. In the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where parallel volunteer is implemented in advance in our school, the enrollment plan has not been completed, and voluntary recruitment is adopted. The remaining enrollment plans that have not been completed in the above form will be transferred to other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) with better student quality with the approval of the Undergraduate Admissions Committee and the Ministry of Education.

Fifteenth candidates who apply for our school must take the oral Chinese test of the college entrance examination organized by the local provincial entrance examination department (except in provinces where the provincial entrance examination department does not organize the oral Chinese test of the college entrance examination), and those who pass the oral test (inclusive) can be admitted. Our school no longer organizes foreign language oral test and professional interview separately.

Our school does not require the oral test of the college entrance examination language for the candidates of Xinjiang Cooperation Program (ethnic classes), Tibetan high school classes in the Mainland and Xinjiang high school classes in the Mainland.

Sixteenth our school enrollment in the pilot provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) of the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination shall be implemented in accordance with the reform plan and related measures of the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). Candidates must meet the requirements of elective subjects of various majors published by our school in this province (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

Article 17 Our school only recruits English-major candidates from all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in English, translation, French, Japanese and Spanish, and non-language majors are not limited to foreign languages. However, English courses for non-language majors in our school have a high starting point and a high proportion, and some professional courses are taught directly in English. Non-English language candidates should apply for our school carefully.

Article 18 The enrollment of undergraduate foreign language students, overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students in our school shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the relevant enrollment brochures of our school.

The national special plan, aid Xinjiang cooperation plan (ethnic classes), high school classes in Tibet, high school classes in Xinjiang, and special enrollment matters of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

Article 19 The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the former General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to Cancellation of Hepatitis B Testing for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Church _20 10_2).

Article 20 According to the characteristics of the school (the special needs of graduates engaged in foreign affairs), candidates who have stuttering, hoarseness or one of the diseases of oral cavity, otolaryngology, which hinders pronunciation, hearing impairment, facial scar, hemangioma, melanocytic nevus, vitiligo, abnormal gait, hunchback and physical disability are not allowed to study.

Article 21 After students enter the school, the school will conduct physical examination and re-examination of admission qualifications according to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the regulations of the school. Unqualified freshmen will be dealt with in strict accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and the school until their admission qualifications are cancelled and their responsibilities are investigated.

Chapter IV Others

Article 22 According to the relevant documents, the current tuition standard of the school is 5,000 yuan per student per academic year, and the accommodation standard is 900 yuan per student per academic year. If the state adjusts the tuition and accommodation fees of undergraduate students in that year, the school will follow the new regulations.

Article 23 The school has comprehensive scholarships such as national scholarships and national inspirational scholarships, as well as various individual scholarships and named scholarships set up by people from all walks of life in the school.

For freshmen with particularly difficult family economy, the school establishes a "green channel" for freshmen's enrollment in accordance with state regulations. During school, students can apply for state grants, state student loans, special difficulties subsidies, work-study programs and other subsidies to successfully complete their studies.

Article 24 Our school does not entrust any intermediary agency or individual to enroll students, and does not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. Our school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of intermediaries or individuals who engage in illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of our school.

Article 26 If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the national laws, regulations, rules and regulations and the relevant policies of the superior, the national laws, regulations, rules and regulations and the relevant policies of the superior shall prevail.

Article 27 The Articles of Association shall be announced to the public through the undergraduate enrollment information network of our university and the sunshine college entrance examination information platform of the Ministry of Education. If there is any misunderstanding in the articles of association published by various media, the complete articles of association published by our school shall prevail. In case of any inconsistency between the previous requirements and regulations of the school on enrollment and the Articles of Association, the Articles of Association shall prevail.

Article 28 The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Foreign Affairs University, and the Admissions Office of the Foreign Affairs University is responsible for the interpretation.

Article 29 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
