Xiaohongshu enterprises support domestic enterprises, overseas enterprises and enterprises from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan to apply for online certification.
Xiaohongshu enterprises do not support the authentication of accounts that have been sealed by the community.
Note: If the application is submitted by an industry that does not support authentication, and/or the qualification you submitted is invalid or untrue, or the account information applied for authentication does not meet the requirements of the platform-related authentication specifications, the authentication will fail. Once the certification application is submitted, it will comply with the qualification examination standard of Xiaohongshu Enterprise No.,and the service fee for failed certification examination will not be refunded. A single audit order is valid for 30 days. If the certification is not completed within the time limit or does not meet the requirements of the relevant certification specifications of the platform, the certification fails.
Second, the certification instructions
1. When applying for enterprise number authentication, the login account is the authentication account, and the application account cannot be changed after submitting the application.
2. Please read the audit standard of enterprise qualification certification of Xiaohongshu. Before filling in;
When authenticating, you can choose to authenticate "enterprise entity" or "enterprise employee";
The name of the "enterprise unit" account can be based on the name of the enterprise business license unit, or the name of the trademark, website or software application;
The account name of "enterprise employee" can include enterprise/brand/store+personal professional identity (enterprise/brand information can be named based on the theme name of enterprise business license, trademark, website or software application);
The account name supports extended naming related to the industry and region to which the qualification belongs, supports custom naming, and should follow the principle of "no infringement, no broadness and no ambiguity"; Materials and documents involving Chinese and English (such as trademark registration certificate) need to be translated and stamped with the official seal of the translation company. After submission, the audit service fee will not be refunded if you are prohibited from entering the industry or applying for certification with false qualifications by default.
3. Certification fee 600 yuan/time. After the payment of the order is successful, the audit service provider will audit for you. The validity period of the certification is 1 year, and the annual review needs to be completed once a year.
4. If the store needs to be bound in the future, the enterprise number name should be consistent with its store name.
Third, the application process and material preparation
(1) Open the Xiaohongshu mobile APP on the mobile APP side, and click in the following order to enter the enterprise number authentication page:
"Me" in the lower right corner → "Me" in the upper left corner → Settings → Accounts and security → Identity authentication → Enterprise authentication.
If there is no small red book account, you must first register a small red book general account, and then carry out enterprise number authentication. After passing the authentication, the account number will become the enterprise number. In order to avoid mistaken authentication of private account as enterprise number, it is suggested to register a brand-new little red book account for enterprise number authentication.
Note: Mobile APP can only authenticate domestic entities and the first certified enterprise number; PC operation is required for overseas entities or annual review and renaming certification.

Supplementary information: For trademarks, trademark registration certificate is required for self-owned trademarks, and trademark registration certificate+trademark authorization letter is required for non-self-owned trademarks; Application category and computer software copyright registration certificate; Website category, ICP filing screenshot, etc. ; Industry supplementary qualification category

4) Payment of certification audit fee: After the certification materials are submitted, Alipay scans the code to complete the payment.
2, enterprise employee certification
Note: an enterprise entity can authorize multiple employees to carry out enterprise number employee certification, which is no longer limited to three enterprise numbers certification. In terms of functions and rules, the employee number is consistent with the original enterprise number and enjoys all the rights and functions of the enterprise number.
