Government information disclosure is divided into active disclosure and application disclosure.

(3) Application processing
After receiving the application form, the accepting institution shall register and formally review whether the elements of the application are complete. If the elements are incomplete or the application content is unclear, it shall return the application and ask the applicant to make corrections or changes or supplements. For the application with complete requirements, if you can answer on the spot, if you can't answer on the spot, make the following reply within 15 working days from the date of receipt:
1, which belongs to the public scope, will provide information to the applicant or inform the applicant of the ways and means to obtain information;
2, belong to the scope of exemption from disclosure, will not be disclosed to the applicant;
3. Inform the applicant of the information and contact information if it does not belong to the public scope of this organ;
4. If it is really necessary to extend the reply period, the applicant shall be informed with the consent of the leader, and the longest extension of the reply period shall not exceed 15 working days;
5. If the government information applied for disclosure does not exist, inform the applicant.
An applicant who applies for the disclosure of government information related to himself shall bring his valid identity certificate; Where an application is filed in the name of an organization, a power of attorney of the legal representative or principal responsible person or a valid identity certificate shall also be issued.
If the government information involves the rights and interests of the third party, it shall solicit the opinions of the third party, and the time required for soliciting the opinions of the third party shall not be counted in the time limit.
If several independent requests are made in a single application at the same time, the accepting institution will give a unified reply after all the processing is completed. In view of the fact that different requests may have different answers, in order to improve the processing efficiency, it is suggested that applicants apply separately for different requests.

(4) The charging items and charging standards for publicly providing information according to the application.
When the accepting institution provides government information according to the application, it may charge fees for searching, copying and mailing. The charging standard shall be implemented in accordance with the standards formulated by the competent price department of the State Council in conjunction with the financial department of the State Council.
Citizens who apply for the disclosure of government information meet the conditions of low income or low income difficulties. With valid proof, they can reduce or exempt the relevant expenses upon their own application and approval by the person in charge of the government information disclosure work agency.
Three. Supervision methods and procedures
Citizens, legal persons or other organizations think that our bureau does not fulfill the obligation of government information disclosure according to law, they can appeal, complain or report to the discipline inspection and supervision organs of our bureau (office address: East of Labor Building, Changqing Road 19 1 our bureau's discipline inspection and supervision room), or report to the administrative organ at a higher level, the supervisory organ or the competent department of government information disclosure.
Citizens, legal persons or other organizations may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit in accordance with the law if they think that the specific administrative act of this bureau in the work of government information disclosure infringes upon their legitimate rights and interests.
