2. Resignation application procedures:

2. 1 The employee has resigned.

2. 1. 1 Employees need to apply orally to their direct managers and managers at all levels, and their direct managers and managers at all levels must conduct interviews.

2. 1.2 After the employee's direct manager and managers at all levels agree to the employee's resignation, they will notify the employee to get the resignation application form from the personnel department, and communicate with the personnel department about the employee's situation and personal opinions.

2. 1.3 When an employee applies for resignation application form to the personnel department, the personnel department must conduct resignation interview with the employee first, and then issue the resignation application form after the interview and consent of the employee.

2.2 dismissal, dismissal and employee's voluntary resignation

When the company dismisses, dismisses employees or employees leave automatically, the department head should fill in the resignation application form.

3. Approval authority of resignation application form

3. 1 When a person below the supervisor level resigns, the approval process of the resignation application form is: the campus employee is approved by the direct manager and the principal, and it will take effect after being reported to the personnel department for approval.

3.2 When a person at or above the director level of the company or an employee of various departments in the headquarters leaves the company, the approval process of the resignation application form is as follows: the employee's direct manager approves it, and then submits it to the Personnel Department for approval, and it will take effect after the general manager approves it.

4. Handling of resignation procedures

After the resignation application form is approved by the relevant procedures, employees can get the resignation approval form and resignation handover list from the personnel department on the day of resignation, and go through the resignation formalities with the relevant departments within 7 working days. (If it is not accepted within the time limit, it will be treated as automatic resignation and no salary will be paid.)

4. 1 Fill in the resignation handover list first, and fill it out from top to bottom in turn. Then fill in the resignation approval form, from top to bottom. (None of the above is filled in by the person in charge of the previous column, but the person in charge of the next column may not. )

4.2 Resignation consultants, teachers and educational administration personnel should fill in the confirmation form of the unfinished situation of the resigned personnel. See attached table. Department heads, principal responsible persons and relevant responsible persons who have not filled in relevant information for confirmation shall not sign.
