No matter from the situation of land auction or the willingness of housing enterprises to compete for land, we can all see that the overall heat of this land auction has declined compared with the previous two centralized land supply.

Specifically, the land auction rate of the second batch of land supply this year is 3.6%, which is the lowest since centralized land supply, while the auction rate of this land supply is 8.3%. At the same time, there are only two Guanghua plots outside Qingyang District.

As far as land acquisition is concerned, people living in Xingcheng take the most land. On 26th, there were two plots of land, namely 16 mu and 19 mu in Hongheyi District. Today, the total land acquisition amount of Hongheyi 16 mu and 23 mu in Longquanyi District ranks seventh with 65.438+0.753 billion yuan.
