5. All disposal technologies and processes applicable to the types of hazardous wastes in operation;
6, hazardous waste management safety rules and regulations, pollution prevention measures and emergency rescue measures;
7. If hazardous waste is disposed of by landfill, the land use right of landfill shall be obtained according to law.

Article 37 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste
Where a unit that produces industrial solid waste entrusts others to transport, utilize and dispose of industrial solid waste, it shall verify the principal's qualification and technical ability, sign a written contract according to law, and stipulate pollution prevention requirements in the contract.
When transporting, utilizing and disposing of industrial solid waste, the entrusted party shall fulfill the requirements of pollution prevention and control in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations and the contract, and inform the unit that produces industrial solid waste of the transportation, utilization and disposal.
Units that produce industrial solid waste in violation of the provisions of the first paragraph of this article shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, and shall be jointly and severally liable with the trustee who causes environmental pollution and ecological damage.
