In order to implement the spirit of Changchun Municipal Education Commission's instruction of "holding a big discussion on education", practice Scientific Outlook on Development, improve the scientific research level of principals and teachers, promote the transformation of principals and teachers from transactional and empirical to scientific research and expert, highlight the leading role of scientific research, and strive to create a new situation in educational scientific research in the whole region, we held an exchange meeting with the theme of "How to be a scientific research principal or teacher" on June 2, XX. President Li Changfa of Hada Primary School and Vice President Shi Jianru of Yingbin Road Primary School 10 people attended the meeting, and the participants also had a serious discussion. According to the characteristics of the school and the discipline, the exchange personnel drew up the subtitle. The language is concise and appropriate, which has the effect of hitting the nail on the head and can be quoted by others. Many examples are very convincing and appealing, which stimulates the participants' enthusiasm for scientific research. This exchange meeting is well-prepared, involving a wide range, leading by example, targeted, typical, reflective and effective. School-level leaders of primary and secondary schools and key teachers of scientific research attended the meeting. President Sharla Cheung of our school summarized the meeting, which laid a good foundation for the second stage of Changchun education discussion-forum stage.

2. Hold the on-the-spot meeting of the key project of Jilin Province's educational science "xx" planning (research on the construction of ideological and moral education mechanism for minors).

The summary meeting was held in Longzi New Hope School on May 25th. Director Zhou of the Municipal Education Bureau presided over the meeting, and Director Wang Shubin read the summary report. After the completion of the project, it was verified that there were 1 1 subprojects in our district successfully completed the project. Five experimental schools and four primary schools in No.87 Middle School, Western School, Lvyuan Primary School, Leifeng Primary School and Zhengyang Primary School were rated as excellent experimental schools, and our district was rated as excellent experimental area.

Our College of Education also reviewed the sub-topics of Chaoyang District 1 1 school.

3, held a municipal planning topic (practical exploration and research of primary and secondary school students' club activities) sub-topic (to carry out student club activities and promote regional students' ideological and moral construction) project declaration meeting.

In order to further implement (several opinions of the Central Committee and the State Council on further strengthening and improving the ideological and moral construction of minors), innovate and deepen moral education and team work, comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of teenagers in our region, promote the in-depth development of quality education, and promote the practice and research of ideological and moral construction of regional students. We actively participated in and established a sub-project (developing student association activities to promote the ideological and moral construction of regional students). In March, a district-level project declaration meeting was organized, which was declared by 87 schools, including Chinese and Western schools, democratic schools, Chunyang schools and Chunguang schools, to do a good job in guiding, demonstrating, reporting and implementing the project. In June, Jing Wong, director of the Municipal Education Institute, gave special guidance to the teachers of our experimental school (how to carry out community activities and do a good job of part-time editing), which laid a good foundation for the research of the subject.

4. The opening meeting of the school-based scientific research base of basic education in Jilin Province (American technology curriculum integration and school-based textbook development) was held.

According to the spirit of the document of the provincial education institute, the municipal education institute requires all districts to establish school-based research bases with research value. The project of Yangjia Primary School (American technology curriculum integration and school-based textbook development) is of great interest to both the city and the province. After investigation, Yangjia Primary School was listed as a provincial school-based training base. On June 24th, XX, Yangjia Primary School held the project and teaching activities. In order to promote school education and teaching, improve teachers' professional level, and promote the popularization and deepening of popular education and scientific research, the Municipal Education Association called on all primary and secondary schools in the region to actively carry out small-scale research, let teachers actively participate in teaching and scientific research, better carry out school-based research, and take the road of research-oriented schools. On June 9th, XX, Mr. Xin Feng gave a special lecture on "Developing Teachers' Small Topics and Promoting Teachers' Professional Growth". 1, completed the project conclusion work of China Education Society and Provincial Education Society.

(1) The conclusion and achievement set of the sub-project of "xx" scientific research planning project of China Education Association (evaluation and research on the development of basic education curriculum reform).

We also instructed No.89 Middle School to complete the "xx" scientific research project of China Education Association (research on the role of campus culture in school education) and obtained the certificate of conclusion (the project was initiated by the Municipal Education Association).

Through the project completion work at all levels, the scientific research ability of the project leader has been improved, and a large number of teachers in our district have experienced a training and baptism of scientific research activities.

2. Complete and distribute the list of reelected personnel of the 5th Education Society of Green Park.

In order to improve the organizational construction of the Education Society in Green Park, strengthen the work of the Education Society, strengthen the research on social groups, and make the work of the regional education society operate more efficiently, we re-elected the fifth organization of the Education Society in Changchun Green Park. After democratic evaluation and feedback from primary and secondary schools in our district, all the presidents, vice presidents, secretary-general, executive directors and directors were counted and passed, and the organization was changed.

3, multi-party research, enhance the pertinence of the work.

In order to better understand the development of scientific research projects in primary and secondary schools in our region and promote the progress of scientific research work, we went deep into 20 primary and secondary schools (including 3 rural primary and secondary schools) such as Luyuan Primary School, Leifeng Primary School, Minzhu Primary School and Zhengyang Primary School from March to April, had face-to-face talks with principals, scientific research leaders, scientific research backbones and some teachers, and inspected the research room and project files on the spot. Through investigation, we can understand the problems existing in scientific research work, clarify the direction of work, and solve the confusing problems existing in the topics of leaders and teachers. Everyone wrote a research report.

4. Completed the collection and arrangement of the detailed target table and data of the regional (research on the implementation strategy of improving the overall quality of primary and secondary education) project.

This topic is the focus of director Ma Xue. In order to successfully complete this project on site, write the specific implementation plan and summary of the project, study and write the specific implementation plan of the effectiveness report meeting before the completion of this project in detail, and carefully arrange the implementation. I also took advantage of the powerful opportunity of inspecting schools to learn about the implementation of the "Leading" project in grass-roots schools, mastered the first-hand materials, and made a detailed goal decomposition of the seven research areas of this project, and formulated the "Detailed List of Goals of Grass-roots Schools with Emphasis on xx" (including "Activities carried out by Grass-roots Schools, materials handed in by Grass-roots Schools, support from Education Bureau and support from peer systems"). Through the meeting, this form will be distributed to grass-roots schools for revision, clear responsibilities, and macro-control guidance and micro-task implementation will be realized. 5. Carry out research on mental health education and collect some achievements.

An enlarged meeting of the district mental health education research group was held. It conveyed the spirit of the municipal document (in-depth research on mental health education and promotion of research results), collected and handed over 9 directors of the Psychological Society, 7 "advanced experimental schools", 7 excellent psychological class meetings, and organized 2 municipal (mental health education) project activities.

6, strengthen the construction of scientific research base, give play to the demonstration role of the base.

In order to ensure the demonstration and leading role of scientific research demonstration bases in the implementation of the strategy of "research schools", the Municipal Education Office will re-identify the first and second batch of teaching demonstration bases, and at the same time re-identify a number of scientific research base schools on the basis of the original 100 base schools. We designed the "Application Form for Base School" (including: introduction of the school's natural situation, project implementation, activities carried out and achievements achieved). On the basis of voluntary declaration, "87 West School" was identified as the second batch of demonstration bases in our region. 7. Prepare for the 30th anniversary of Jilin Education Society.

We searched the archives, reviewed the history, summarized the results, and prepared materials for the "three books" published by the Provincial Education Society (Selected Research Achievements of Jilin Education Society, Pictorial of Promising Career-Dedicated to the 30th Birthday of Jilin Education Society, and Work Album of Jilin Education Society 1989-XX (continued in the previous ten years)).

2. Do a good job in overall project management: design and distribute 7 forms to make comprehensive statistics on all kinds of teaching and research projects at all levels. At present, there are national projects 15, provincial planned projects 18, municipal planned projects 32, China education society project 14, provincial society project 9, municipal society project 2 and other projects 6. Four. Achievements:
