About McKinsey recruitment

The recruitment of McKinsey is divided into two main channels: campus recruitment and experience recruitment. Their target groups are different, but the recruitment process is the same.

McKinsey recruitment conditions:

1. English must pass CET-6 (other languages are at the same level), and good spoken English will stand out in the interview.

2. Have a certain social status in the school class or department;

3. If circumstances permit, you can learn cpa or cma first. If you can pass, getting into the four major salaries will be a little higher than not paying attention.
