Raising geese brings high income.

Tao believes that raising geese is only the initial link of the goose industry chain, and goose fatty liver is a golden treasure to be tapped. According to his conservative estimation, the current price per kilogram of foie gras in Hangzhou market is 200 yuan, while a feathered goose can produce more than 700g of foie gras on average, and a good goose can produce1500g. The price of deep-processed foie gras has reached 1600 yuan. The demand for goose fatty liver has been in short supply. It is reported that in addition to France, a big consumer country, Japan has recently set off a consumption boom of goose fat liver. Experts believe that Japan will become the second largest consumer of goose fatty liver in the world in a few years, and the United States, Canada, Australia and South Korea have also joined the ranks of consumers of goose fatty liver, which shows that the demand for goose fatty liver is very large. Market indications show that China market is an undeveloped territory with great potential, whether it is fresh frozen goose fatty liver or fatty liver sauce.
The development value of goose down should not be underestimated. Goose down is a precious raw material for making various styles of clothes, costumes and bedding, because of its good thermal insulation and portability.
