China Higher Education Student Information Network (hereinafter referred to as Xuexin. com) was registered and opened in May 2002 by the National College Student Information Consulting and Employment Guidance Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) and operated by Xue Xin Consulting Service Co., Ltd., which is controlled by the Center. It is an e-government platform designated by the College Students Department of the Ministry of Education.
Relying on the large-scale data warehouse established by the Center, China Higher Education Student Information Network integrates college enrollment, diploma certification, graduate employment and personal information of students with national student loans, and has opened many sets of e-government systems and social information service systems, such as educational administration inquiry system, educational administration information management platform, "Sunshine College Entrance Examination" information platform, postgraduate online registration and admission inspection system, personal information system of students with national student loans, online office system for diploma certification and employment channels.
