Second, the introduction conditions

(1) qualification

Persons who are in line with the demand plan for urgently needed professionals in institutions in our region in 2023 (see Annex 1), have good political quality, are law-abiding, have good conduct, have strong dedication and professionalism, and meet one of the following conditions:

(2) Personnel under any of the following circumstances shall not be introduced:

2. Non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities who are studying;

3. Active servicemen;

4. Persons who have been identified by the human resources and social security department of the government as having violated discipline in the examination and are in the suspension period;

5. Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been disciplined or are undergoing disciplinary review within a time limit, those who have been criminally punished or are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

6. Fanchang District government agencies and institutions are officially compiling staff;

7. Persons who are not allowed to take the examination or are employed as staff of public institutions in other circumstances according to law.

Third, introduce the procedure.

(1) Online registration and qualification examination

1. Registration method. Registration is conducted by online registration. Before registration, applicants should sign the Letter of Commitment on Integrity (Annex 3), truthfully fill in the Registration Qualification Examination Form for High-level Professionals in Fanchang District in 2023 (Annex 2, hereinafter referred to as the Registration Qualification Examination Form), and send the electronic photos, registration qualification examination form, letter of commitment on integrity, graduation certificate and degree certificate together.

Applicants should provide effective contact information, and the information filled in must be consistent with their actual situation, registration conditions and professional catalogue requirements. Anyone who passes the qualification examination through fraud and the actual situation does not match the conditions for applying for the exam, once verified, will be disqualified from the interview and introduction.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

Physical examination hospitals should be conducted in secondary general hospitals outside Fanchang District. After the physical examination, the hospital will issue a "qualified" or "unqualified" conclusion and affix the special official seal of the physical examination hospital.

The talent office of the district Committee puts forward opinions and reports them to the leading group for talent work of the district Committee for research and approval.

(5) Publicity and approval

For the confirmed candidates to be introduced, after 7 days of publicity to the public, the entry examination and approval procedures shall be handled according to the procedures.

Third, the policy of introducing talents to enjoy.

(1) Providing guarantee. The introduction of talents can be directly incorporated into the management of career establishment, and units with full staffing can be incorporated after senior personnel. The introduction of doctoral students or senior professional titles, the appointment of the corresponding senior professional and technical positions is not limited by the proportion of professional and technical positions in the unit.
