What are the procedures for housing valuation records?

A copy of the house ownership certificate, a copy of the state-owned land use certificate (if these two items are not available, a copy of the real estate rights registration certificate is required) and a copy of the house owner's ID card are used to record the house valuation. After providing these materials to the appraisal company, the appraisal company will go to the location of your house for on-site investigation and taking photos.

Specific steps:

1. Go to the Information Center of Land and Resources Bureau to do property right investigation, and the Land and Resources Bureau will do the evaluation.

2. Then take the original or copy of the real estate license to the appraisal company, and it will arrange an appraiser to visit the house on the spot.

3. The first step of the evaluation is to check the price, then review the final tax, and submit the housing information at the same time, so as to ensure that the deed tax and property tax are exempted.

4. Pay the money with the evaluation report within three working days.
