I. Scope of license:
Electric two-wheeled vehicles in Jinghu District, Yijiang District, Jiujiang District, Economic and Technological Development Zone and Sanshan Economic Development Zone.

Third, the license fee:
During the period of centralized registration and licensing, no license plate fee is charged. After the expiration of centralized registration, the number plate of electric bicycle will be charged according to the standard approved by the price department.
IV. Licensing method:
The centralized registration and licensing work is based on the principle of "combining online and offline, and focusing on online". A lot of licensing work is mainly carried out online by using mobile phones, and multiple service points will be set up offline for registration.

Six, electric bicycle license plate, excessive vehicle temporary traffic signs application process:
(1) Electric bicycle owners can follow the official account of "Wuhu Traffic Police" on their mobile phones and click "Interactive" in the lower right corner to enter the "Electric Bicycle Registration" system for online application.
(2) Handling the required information: the owner's identity certificate, car purchase invoice or receipt, and vehicle certificate. If the car purchase certificate and voucher are lost, an electronic commitment letter should be signed. After entering the "electric bicycle registration" system, submit pictures of paper materials as required, and upload photos of vehicle frame number, motor code and vehicle appearance. (If the vehicle is equipped with sunshade, it needs to be removed in advance).
(3) For electric two-wheeled bicycles (with pedal function) that meet the old and new national standards, apply for electric bicycle number plates (white characters on green background) according to regulations, check vehicles and materials at licensed outlets, and receive the number plates and install them after passing the examination.
(4) For over-standard electric two-wheeled vehicles that do not meet the new national standard or the old national standard, apply for temporary traffic signs (white characters on a red background), and vehicles do not need to go to licensed outlets for inspection. After the background audit is passed, the owner chooses to mail or go directly to the licensed outlets to receive the temporary traffic sign and install it. The transition period of temporary traffic signs (white characters on red background) is three years (ending on September 14, 2024). After the transition period expires, over-standard electric vehicles are prohibited from driving on the road.
(5) The electric two-wheeled vehicle marked with anti-theft system shall be renewed with the license plate issued by the public security traffic police department, and the electric bicycle license plate (with white characters on a white background) conforming to the new national standard and the old national standard.

Eight, in order to ensure the safety of traffic participants, encourage the majority of electric bicycle owners to consciously wear safety helmets and buy relevant insurance when driving on the road. From now on, the traffic police department will conduct civilized persuasion on driving without wearing a helmet.
Nine, during the period of strengthening the management of electric bicycles and carrying out centralized licensing work, the public security organs will deal with those who do not obey the management and hinder the execution of their duties according to law.
