What was written in the comments when SCI contributed?

A comment is to ask what advice you have for a periodical or an editor. The scope is very wide, which can show the position of your submission. For example, the author spent enough time and energy to complete this paper, which has never been published, and other journals will not consider it when applying for your journal.

Of course, there are also researchers in the same field who have conflicts of interest with the author, so the author can explain here so as not to let the conflicting personnel become reviewers. You can consult when publishing a paper.
