Lanzhou martyr cemetery exhibition area

The exhibition area is located in the middle of the cemetery and mainly consists of a memorial hall and a publicity window. The magnificent Lanzhou Campaign Memorial Hall is located here. After three expansions, the new museum was officially opened to all walks of life in August, 1999, covering an area of 1 1,000 square meters. The marble veneer outside the hall is solemn. Wang Shitai, former political commissar of the Second Corps of Lanzhou Campaign, personally wrote the memorial hall. The memorial hall is mainly composed of three exhibition halls. The first exhibition hall is the graphic exhibition hall. The main situation of the Lanzhou campaign and the heroic deeds pictures represented by the heroic leader Wang Xueli are displayed in six parts in chronological order, with a total of 255 pictures, about 1000 words. The second exhibition hall is1sand table model of Lanzhou campaign built in August, 1999. Qiaojiaying in the east, Tumendun in the west, Jiujiao Road in the south and Baitashan Line in the north. It is 8 meters long, 4 meters wide and covers an area of 32 square meters. The third exhibition hall is the exhibition hall, which is mainly composed of weapons and equipment, tools, relics and materials. Here, the materials are precious, the text is informative, the pictures and texts are illustrated, and the sound and objects are simultaneously presented, which truly and vividly reproduces the battle scenes of the People's Liberation Army 1949 when Lanzhou was liberated in August, eulogizes the great achievements of the older generation and revolutionary martyrs, cultivates the ideological sentiments of the new generation, and makes people immersive, forming a solemn and tragic exhibition environment. The publicity window is located on the west side of the central flower bed, which is mainly composed of eight external windows of Wu Huanxian Martyrs Memorial Hall. According to different forms and contents, closely follow the situation, highlight the theme, publicize patriotism and revolutionary tradition education, and give full play to the role of cemetery base. The cemetery is located in the central and eastern part of the cemetery, with a battlefield of more than 20,000 square meters, and the 9 15 martyrs who died in the battle of Lanzhou are buried. The tombstone of brick-concrete structure is connected and unified with the rectangular tomb. There is a central flower bed in each tomb area, with a collective tombstone in the middle, which reads "The martyrs who died in the liberation of Lanzhou are immortal". The four Zhou Songbai in the tomb area stand around and are solemn.
