3. Legal Basis: Interim Measures of the State Council on Retirement and Resignation of Workers Article 1 Workers in enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people, party and government organs and mass organizations shall retire if they meet one of the following conditions:
(a) men over 60 years of age, women over 50 years of age, continuous service for ten years;
(2) These Provisions also apply to grass-roots cadres who are engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health, and have worked continuously for ten years, with men over 55 years of age and women over 45 years of age;
(3) The male has reached the age of 50, the female has reached the age of 45, and has worked continuously for ten years, and has been certified by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, and has completely lost the ability to work;
(four) work-related disability, proved by the hospital, and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, completely lost the ability to work.
Second, the retirement age is subject to the file or ID card.
1. The identification of the employee's birth time should be combined with the resident identity card and the employee's file. If my ID card is inconsistent with the date of birth recorded in the file, the date of birth first recorded in my file shall prevail;
2. But there is another situation in practice, that is, although the old-age insurance is paid normally, it is found that this person has no file for various reasons when he retires. In this regard, the date recorded in the ID card shall prevail.
