Conditions for applying for confidentiality qualification

Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Integration Qualification of Classified Information Systems

Article 8 An applicant for the qualification of classified information system integration (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) shall meet the following basic conditions:

(1) A legal person registered in People's Republic of China (PRC);

(2) It has been established for more than 3 years according to law and has a good credit record;

(3) The personnel engaged in the business of integrating classified information systems have China nationality;

(four) there is no overseas investment (including Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Province Province), which shall be subject to the provisions of the state;

(5) Having obtained the relevant qualifications issued by the competent department of the industry, and having the professional ability to undertake the business of integrating classified information systems.

Article 9 An applicant shall meet the following confidentiality requirements:

(1) The confidentiality system is perfect;

(two) the safety organization is sound, and there are specialized agencies or personnel responsible for safety work;

(3) The sites, facilities and equipment for the integration of classified information systems meet the national secrecy laws and standards;

(4) The examination procedures for business personnel involved in the integration of classified information systems are complete;

(5) Other conditions stipulated by the state secrecy administrative department.
