After clicking in, slide down to find the setting group/account and don't accept diversion to see if your account is in it;
If yes, it must be cancelled, otherwise you will not receive the message;
Second, check the diversion of tourists.
See if you have set up your own account in the distribution account;
If both are checked, click Save below to take effect. After this setting is completed, customer service will not receive a message.
