Two. Introduction to Changsha Health Vocational College Changsha Health Vocational College is a full-time public college organized by Changsha Municipal People's Government. Its predecessor was Changsha Health School, which was founded in 1958 as a national key middle school. In March, 20 1 1 year, the Hunan Provincial People's Government approved the upgrading to Changsha Health Vocational College, and in May, 201/year, the Ministry of Education put it on record. The college has five colleges, two departments, two centers and 10 teaching department, with more than 5700 full-time students.
College hardware facilities are fully functional, including training building, experimental building, teaching simulation ward, simulation pharmacy and so on. The productive optometry training center and denture processing factory were set up in the college, which really moved the factory into the campus and opened the classroom in the factory, realizing the integration of teaching. The college has affiliated hospitals, teaching hospitals, practice hospitals and school-enterprise cooperation training bases *** 104. College is the only pure medical and health vocational college in Hunan Province, with complete medical disciplines and reasonable professional structure. Set up 14 majors, including clinical medicine, stomatology, nursing, midwifery, health care and management for the elderly, pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine, drug service and management, optometry technology, stomatology technology, rehabilitation treatment technology, medical beauty technology, speech hearing rehabilitation technology and medical examination technology. The specialty of nursing and stomatology technology is supported by the central government to improve the development ability of professional service industry. Nursing specialty has been listed in the national training base for talents in short supply and the national health service demonstration specialty in vocational colleges. The specialty of stomatology technology is a productive training base project of higher vocational colleges and enterprises in Hunan Province. The college has formed three professional groups: health care, primary medical service, medical technology and service, among which the health care professional group and primary medical service professional group are the first-class characteristic professional groups of higher vocational education in Hunan Province. The College has a "National Vocational Skills Appraisal Institute", relying on the National Health Planning Commission's vocational skills appraisal station for specific jobs in the health industry, the National Health Planning Commission's vocational skills appraisal test paper development base, and state administration of traditional chinese medicine's vocational skills appraisal base to carry out vocational skills training and appraisal for various jobs, which has significantly improved the ability to serve regional economic and social development.
