You need to go to the Leibo Social Insurance Affairs Management Center in East Street (opposite to Baipingzhou Hotel in Future Street) and consult in the payment hall on the first floor. There is an information desk inside, where people can ask questions. However, it is closed at noon and holidays and enjoys office hours.
