The employment guidance center for college graduates in Tianjin merged with the talent exchange service center of Tianjin Education Commission. 3, responsible for the city's college graduates employment market construction, guidance and organization of college graduates supply and demand meeting and two-way selection activities; Provide employment guidance, consultation, recommendation, entrustment, recruitment and other related services for graduates of major technical secondary schools;
4. Be responsible for the flow and development of graduates and all kinds of talents inside and outside the education system in our city, and provide personnel agency services including entrusted management of archives, social insurance agency, regularization and grading, and evaluation and appointment of professional and technical positions.
5, for all kinds of secondary and higher vocational colleges at all levels to carry out vocational skills training and identification; Responsible for the technical level assessment and training of workers in the education system of our city; Providing vocational skill appraisal services for the society;
6. Responsible for China higher education qualification certification. Tianjin University Graduates Employment Guidance Center is the only institution in Tianjin authorized by the Ministry of Education to carry out higher education qualification certification services in China. To carry out the detection of academic misconduct documents, Tianjin Education Commission Talent Exchange Service Center is a specialized institution authorized by China Knowledge Network to detect academic misconduct documents;
