The use scope of scientific research funds mainly includes equipment fees, materials fees, testing and processing fees, fuel and power fees, travel expenses, conference fees, international cooperation and exchange fees, publishing/literature/information dissemination/intellectual property affairs fees, labor fees, expert consultation fees, etc.
1. Equipment fee: purchase or trial-produce special instruments and equipment, upgrade and transform existing instruments and equipment, and rent equipment from other units.
2. Material cost: Material cost refers to the cost of purchasing, transporting, loading and unloading, sorting and other expenses of various raw materials and auxiliary materials consumed in the project research and development process.
3. Testing, testing and processing fees: refers to the fees paid to foreign units (including independent economic accounting units within the project undertaker) during the project research.
4. Fuel power costs: water, electricity, gas and fuel consumption costs that can be separately measured during the operation of related large-scale instruments and equipment and special scientific devices.
5. Conference expenses: refers to the conference expenses incurred for organizing academic discussions, consulting and coordinating projects or topics during the research process.
6. Travel expenses: refers to the round-trip travel expenses and local transportation expenses in different places for carrying out scientific experiments (experiments), scientific investigations, business investigations and academic exchanges.
7. International cooperation and exchange fees: refers to the expenses of researchers going abroad and foreign experts coming to work in China.
8. Publishing/literature/information dissemination/intellectual property affairs fees: purchase fees, literature retrieval fees, professional exchange fees, patent applications and other intellectual property affairs.
9. Labor expenses: refers to the unpaid related personnel paid to the members of the research group during the research process.
10. Expert consultation fee: refers to the fee paid to temporarily hired consulting experts during the research of the subject.
