The starting point is located in Xijiao Village, Pingding County, Yangquan City, and it connects with the Jiuguan-Taiyuan section of G20 national highway (Taijiu Expressway) and the Yuxian-Yangquan section of S45 of Tianjin Expressway (Yangyu Expressway), passing through Pingding County, Xiyang County of Jinzhong City, heshun county and Zuoquan County, ending at Tudi Village, Zuoquan County, and connecting with S66, Fen Expressway and Zuo Quan-Licheng section of Tianjin Expressway. The total length of the route is 9 1.25 km, and it is built according to the two-way four-lane standard. 2065438+ was officially opened to traffic on July 28th, 2004.
After the completion of Zuo Yang Expressway, Wuyu Expressway and Yangquan West Ring expressway, there will be a expressway corridor from Jinzhong Zuo Quan to Xiyang in the south and Wutai Mountain in Xinzhou in the north, and local economic development and local people's travel will be on the fast track.
