There are two main materials for building a factory building. One is to make a frame with steel bars and then fill it with concrete, and the other is to install it directly with the manufactured steel structure.
The steel structure is a whole piece of steel connected together, which is light in weight, strong in compression resistance and not easy to deform. It can resist earthquake shaking, but it is easily damaged by flame burning and chemical erosion, and its construction and maintenance are also more troublesome.
Reinforced concrete has the advantages of low construction cost, convenient construction and maintenance, and strong chemical corrosion resistance and combustion resistance. However, its weight is large and its seismic capacity is not strong.
3. Production environment
The production environment of the factory building is also an important point to consider. Generally, factories work 24 hours, so there are certain requirements for lighting during the day and at night. If the lighting is not good or the lighting distribution is unreasonable, it will affect the normal production. Other environments include temperature change, air humidity, ventilation, noise control and so on.
